The ZENIT multi-process robotic cell represents an advanced solution for Direct Energy Deposition (DED) metal additive manufacturing and a wide range of industrial laser processes.
Engineered for high-tech production and research environments, ZENIT combines industrial robotics, high-power laser sources, and CNC integration, offering a level of flexibility rarely achieved by traditional systems.
It is a platform designed not only for metal 3D printing but also for production, repair, cladding, and surface treatments—all within a single cell.
The ZENIT cell can be configured for one or more of the following processes:
- Powder Direct Energy Deposition (PBF-DED)
- Wire Direct Energy Deposition (W-DED)
- Laser welding (proximity or remote)
- Laser hardening
- Custom laser processes available upon request
Altform DED solutions can be equipped with traditional IR lasers or blue lasers, ideal for highly reflective materials.
